SeaTac (SEA) Shuttle Pickup Guide
Getting to the airport is easy — and getting picked up is too. Here’s the quick version.
Before take-off (Drop-off)
1. After you park, our shuttle picks you up at or near your parking stall.
2. We depart within minutes and head to SeaTac (SEA) airport.
3. Drop-off is at the Courtesy Vehicle area on the 3rd floor of the airport parking garage.
When you return (Pickup)
- 1. WALK- to the Courtesy Vehicle- 3rd floor of the airport parking garage.
- 2. CALL- the phone number listed on your space card (or use the courtesy phone on the island).
- 3. Look & Wave-Look for the shuttle and wave to the driver.
We’ll be there as soon as possible. During peak travel times, pickups may take a little longer — thanks for your patience.

We’re 2 miles north of Sea-Tac (SEA) Airport and close to I-5 and I-405, making it easy to reach us from almost anywhere in the region.
Self-Park Checklist
A quick checklist to make drop-off and pickup smooth:
- *Arrive with enough time to park, load luggage, and shuttle to the terminal.
- *Keep your space card and confirmation handy.
- *Save your confirmation email (if you booked online).
- *Lock your vehicle and avoid leaving valuables in plain sight.
- *Take a quick photo of your parking row/section (helps on return).
- *If plans change, update your reservation as soon as you can.

Refunds/Cancellations
If you pre-pay and cancel your reservation, you can receive a refund for parking charges.
Staying longer than your dates?
No problem — simply present your confirmation to the cashier and you’ll pay the balance for the extra time. The same rate will apply to the remaining balance.

- Like most parking facilities, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We do our best to provide a safe and secure lot.
