General Information

Shuttlepark2 is located less than 2 miles north of SeaTac Airport. We are a stone’s throw from both I-5 and I-405.
Shuttlepark2 is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
After parking your vehicle, the shuttle picks you up at your parking stall and departs within minutes for SeaTac Airport. We drop off at the Courtesy Vehicle area on the 3rd floor of the airport parking garage.

Upon your return, make your way to the Courtesy Vehicle pick-up/drop-off at the airport located on the 3rd floor of the airport parking garage. Pick up is at islands #1 or #3. Call from the courtesy phone located on the island or via mobile to the phone number listed on the space card to request pick up. A shuttle will arrive within minutes.
We accept all major credit/debit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Reservations are always encouraged but not required. At times space is limited and making a reservation guarantees you a place to park.

Earn 5 parking points for every pre-tax dollar spent. A free day is awarded every 455 points
Due to a change in vendors, we upgraded our revenue system which required an upgrade to the rewards program. Anyone who had an active account on the old system and entered a password will be able to log in using the same email address and updated password. The point balance will be transferred to their new account.
No, for security reasons all credit card numbers associated with the old site will be purged. Customers will have to register their credit card for the new account.
Due to the change in vendors, the only information we can transfer from the old system is the username, email address, and point balance. Don’t worry, we can still provide you with parking history information, simply contact us via email and we can get that information for you.
Log on to the rewards tab on our website, fill out the required information and submit. An e-mail will be sent to you as confirmation. You will start earning points immediately.
Members can review point balances and update account information in their profile on the Rewards page of the website.
Members redeem rewards points via the cashier at the pay booth.
No, our cashier will review your account and apply points earned towards free parking upon request at checkout.
Points earned are used in lieu of cash in one day increments to pay for parking. Points earned cannot be redeemed for cash.
Accounts that have no activity within a 365 day period will be deactivated and points will expire. This is effective January 1, 2024. We encourage you to redeem points for free parking.
Points are redeemed in “full day” increments up to the guest’s account balance. Customer is responsible for any amount due over the points balance used.
Rewards points are not transferable.
